I had a disappointing stay at Rockside Beach Resort. While the beach location and view were fantastic, the room left much to be desired with issues like a leaking AC. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the peaceful atmosphere made for a pleasant experience overall. Unfortunately, the amenities and service did not meet my expectations for a resort.
I had a wonderful stay at the resort, located right on the seafront with a beautiful private beach. The staff were genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and plentiful, which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, the air conditioning could have cooled our room faster, and Wi-Fi was only available in the reception area, which was a bit inconvenient.
Our stay at this resort had its ups and downs. The rooms were beautifully decorated and offered a luxurious feel, complemented by a fantastic Sri-Lankan breakfast. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing, with several issues that detracted from our experience. The location is superb, right by the beach, and the spa services were exceptional, making it a mixed experience overall.
